immune boosting meals

If your family is anything like ours- you need an extra boost of Vitamin C rich foods especially during these winter months. I partnered with non-diet dietician Callan from Tula Wellness to spread information on critical nutrients for baby starting at 6 months and beyond (if you aren’t following her on instagram you are missing out, btw!!). Not only is Vitamin C great for the immune system but it is important for iron absorption, which is a needed nutrient starting at 6 months. If you find yourself in a recipe rut here are 5 meals catered for baby and family.
